Eliminate Repetitive Prompting

Simple and Fast
Bulk AI Prompting

RepetioAI lets you easily create customized AI prompts in bulk by adding variables to your prompts. Join the waitlist today to get early access and transform your workflow.

FOUR SIMPLE STEPS

How RepetioAI works

Step 1
Define Base Prompt

Create a base prompt that serves as the foundation for your AI queries.

Step 2
Define Variables

Identify the components of your prompt that should be treated as variables with multiple values.

Step 3
Define Values

Enter values—as many as you want—for each variable to create different versions of your prompts.

Step 4
Receive Responses

Receive detailed responses in a CSV format that can then be used further in any way you desire.

Single Variable Example

Write a short description of New York, focusing on its architecture.

Write a short description of [[ city ]], focusing on its architecture.

Values for [[ city ]]:
New York, Tokyo, Shanghai, Cairo

Prompts that will get sent:
"Write ... of New York, ..."
"Write ... of Tokyo, ..."
"Write ... of Shanghai, ..."
"Write ... of Cairo, ..."

Multiple Variables Example

Write a short description of New York, focusing on its architecture. Use the keyword 'architecture' in your description.

Write a short description of [[ city ]], focusing on its [[ focus ]]. Use the keyword '[[ keyword ]]' in your description.

Values for [[ city ]]:
New York, Tokyo, Shanghai, Cairo
Values for [[ focus ]]:
architecture, attractions, landmarks
Values for [[ keyword ]]:
architecture, skyline, skyscraper

Prompts with all psossible combinations of values:
"Write ... of New York, focusing on its architecture. Use the keyword 'architecture' in your description."
"Write ... of New York, focusing on its architecture. Use the keyword 'skyline' in your description."
...

FAQ

Find answers to common questions about RepetioAI and how it works.

What is RepetioAI?

RepetioAI is an AI tool designed for bulk prompting. If you have many similar prompts where most of the prompt stays the same, we help you get your AI prompting done faster.

How does it work?

Users define a base prompt with variables and their values. RepetioAI then creates every combination of these values and sends each prompt individually to the AI. All responses are then compiled into a CSV file for easy access.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, new users get free tokens they can use to try out RepetioAI. This trial includes a limited number of tokens to explore the features of RepetioAI. It's a great way to see how the tool can benefit your projects. Users can buy more tokens at any time.

How to get support?

If you have further questions, we are here to help. You can reach out to support@repetioai.com for assistance. We're committed to ensuring you have a great experience with RepetioAI. If you have feedback or feature requests, feel free to let us know at the same email address.

How does pricing work?

Our service uses a prepaid, token-based system. You purchase tokens at a fixed price (e.g., $0.001 per token). Each time you submit a request for processing, the number of tokens used by your request is deducted from your account. Once your token balance reaches zero, you’ll need to purchase more to continue sending requests. There are no monthly or yearly subscription payments—you only pay for what you actually use.

What are tokens?

A token is a unit of text used by AI systems to process and understand language. Think of it like a syllable in a word, but for AI. Tokens can be whole words, parts of words, or punctuation marks. In the English language, 100 tokens are roughly equivalent to 75 words most of the time. To learn more, you can read OpenAI’s detailed blog post on this topic here (external link).

How is token usage calculated?

One token in RepetioAI equals one token used by the AI. Both the total number of tokens in your prompts and the total number of tokens in the AI responses are deducted from your token balance.
Before sending a request, you can see the exact total number of tokens your prompts will use, and you get a rough approximation of the number of tokens the response will require. After the request has been processed, you can see the exact total number of tokens used for that entire request.

How much does it actually cost to use?

Our per-token pricing is not live yet, but it will likely be between $10 and $30 per one million tokens. The total cost of a request depends on the prompt and response length and is calculated as:

(prompt tokens + response tokens) × per-token price

Here is an example to give you an idea:

Prompt: “Write a very short description of the city of New York, focusing on its architecture.”

Response:
“New York City is a striking blend of historic brownstones, grand Beaux-Arts landmarks, and soaring modern skyscrapers. Iconic structures like the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building define its skyline, while contemporary glass towers stand alongside early 20th-century Art Deco and Gothic Revival masterpieces, creating a dynamic architectural mosaic.”

The prompt in this example has 17 tokens, and the response has 69 tokens, for a total of 86 tokens. The cost is therefore calculated as: 86 × per-token price = between $0.00086 and $0.00258.

Do you offer custom pricing?

We offer standard per-token pricing. If this does not suit your needs, please contact us at support@reptioai.com to explore solutions tailored to your requirements.

How fast is RepetioAI?

The whole goal of RepetioAI is to save time by not needing to send prompts repetitively. We aim to make our system work as fast as possible. Our main limitation is the speed of the AIs we use, and we try to keep our total processing time as close to the AI’s processing time as possible.

The biggest time savers are:

1. Prompts are all sent (mostly) at once, so there’s no need to wait for the response of each individual prompt as you would when sending them manually.
2. Once a request is sent, processing happens in the background. You can do other things while the responses are gathered.

How is the input formatted?

The input is done in RepetioAI, and you are guided at each step.

1. Create the base prompt and define the sections of the prompt that should be treated as variables.
2. For each variable in the base prompt, define values. Each value can either be separated by a comma or entered on a new line.
3. Check your input and send it to be processed.

Done. Your input will now be processed in the background, and you don’t need to keep the processing window open. If the input is small, you will get a response within seconds. If it’s large, it might take a few minutes. Once completed, you will be notified via email.

How is the output formatted?

You get a .csv file with all responses, which is formatted like this:

Name of Variable 2

...
